Last summer, we were excited to be present with our hostesses at the vibrant Proximus Pop-Up Arena in Middelkerke, where we witnessed a summer full of live entertainment at the seaside. During each performance, ranging from well-known artists to local heroes such as K3, Niels De Stadsbader and Metejoor, we were on hand to welcome and guide visitors through a series of engaging activities.

Assist with the 3D photography booth
Hostesses from a list assisted in the Proximus Pop-Up Arena at the 3D photography booth. The Oval Office had developed a strong concept for Proximus. Through innovative technology, visitors could pose next to their beloved artists in a photo, as if they were really standing next to them. The hostesses' job was to address the visitors, inform and guide them through the activation and make sure they had an unforgettable experience. It was great to see the wonder on people's faces when they got to see the photo with their favorite artist.
Focus on sustainability
In addition to providing entertainment, Proximus is also committed to sustainability. Indeed, Proximus wishes to achieve net zero greenhouse gas emissions throughout the value chain by 2040. Throughout the summer, it was possible for anyone to hand in their old cell phone at the booth for recycling. Our role was to make sure this went smoothly, with clear explanations, friendly guidance and smiles to support Proximus' efforts.
