Can you give us a glimpse into your daily life as a model? What are some of the challenges and highlights you have experienced?
My days are never the same and I actually find that exciting. Sometimes I get up early for a casting and other days I spend a full day on set. If I have a shoot I prepare by going to bed very early the day before so I'm fresh. Sometimes it can be very long days and often you have to be on set very early for makeup and styling. Traveling is also a great part of my life. I get the chance to go to different cities and countries for modeling, which is an incredible experience. I always try to stay healthy and exercise regularly so that I stay in good shape for my work. It's important to take care of yourself, both physically and mentally. Of course, there are also challenges in this world. Dealing with rejections during castings and auditions is sometimes difficult. It can make you feel insecure, but I quickly learned that I have to stay myself and cherish my unique qualities.
How do you make sure you stay authentic and true to yourself amidst the expectations and pressures in the modeling world? And what advice would you give to aspiring models?
I always stay true to my values and set my limits. I am also selective with assignments and find it important to maintain my own style. Without a doubt, the most important thing is self-confidence. The modeling world can be a tough world making it important to be confident and assertive. People can be mean and it sometimes happens that I get rejected for a job. I used to take it very personally but now I've learned that the customer chooses what they feel best suits the brand. The advice I can give is that it is important to surround yourself with a supportive network, don't let yourself be influenced by social media and learn from others but above all stay yourself. Never forget why you are doing this and enjoy every moment during your modeling career.
How do you see your role as a model evolving in the future? Do you have certain goals or ambitions you would like to achieve?
I am very happy and grateful for all the wonderful experiences I have had so far and I hope to continue to do so. My career has given me so many opportunities and experiences and I plan to continue this journey and continue to grow as a model and person. My ambition is also to continue to advocate for inclusivity and diversity in the modeling industry. I am committed to equal opportunity and representation of people of different backgrounds, ethnicities, body types, ages and gender identities. My passion drives me forward to create positive change in the industry for this purpose, continuing to strive for a world where everyone feels represented and valued.
